Siliguri: The first edition of the YUVA Talent Pool Drive 2026 was held at Salesian College, offering students a dynamic platform to connect with recruiters and explore career opportunities.
The 31 May 2026 event began with an interactive session for both recruiters and students, facilitated through Menti‑com. It encouraged lively engagement and idea exchange. This was followed by short presentations from 14 recruiters, each introducing their companies and outlining available roles.
Subsequently, interviews were conducted in allotted lecture halls, providing students with direct access to potential employers. Participants included students from various colleges across Siliguri, underscoring the regional impact and collaborative spirit of the drive.
The initiative, which offered both full‑time job roles and internship opportunities, marked a significant step in bridging academia with industry, reinforcing Salesian College’s commitment to fostering employability and professional growth.
